A blog is a great way to connect with family but it is also a great way to connect with new friends too and people we would have never otherwise met. Your life seems very interesting.

Hey girl! My second day is complete. Boy, did I feel my workout from yesterday when I got out of bed. How about you? I am not sure if I can sneak it in tomorrow but if not Friday for sure. The cardio kicks my butt in session 2...and the push ups! Still haven't been able to do all of those. I am feeling muscles I haven't felt in a long time!

Just rub it in all our EAST coast faces that your on the beach, with a cute little summer dress girl....playing in the sand!

I can't get over how big she is looking! Her hair looks like it is getting thick!
